If you decide to return an item, please follow the steps below:
Contact Customer Service: Please contact us through the contact form on our website or the customer service email address with your order number and relevant information.
Request a Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
Prepare for Return: Repackage the item and all accessories and accessories with the return authorization number and ensure that the packaging is intact.
Return the item: Send the item back using a reliable shipping service. Please retain the shipping receipt for future reference.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and confirm that the item is in an eligible return condition, we will begin processing your refund. Refunds will be made to your original payment method and processing time is usually 10 business days.
4. Return Fees
If the return is due to a product defect or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns for other reasons, you will be responsible for the relevant return shipping costs.
